Returns and Refunds
By shopping at our STORE, you agree to the following terms:
GENERAL EXCHANGE INFORMATION:
- We accept exchanges for shirts, hoodies, and swimwear within 15 days of your package delivery. We do not accept exchanges for hats, towels, phone cases or home accessories.
- All customers are required to purchase their own return label for the exchange. We do suggest considering using a trackable shipping service.
- Items being exchanged MUST be in new condition, unwashed, unworn and not covered in pet/human hair. If the item does not meet this criteria, we will ship your package back to you and not carry out the exchange.
FOR EXCHANGES:
- To initiate an exchange, please head to our Resolution Center.
- Once we receive your item in the mail, you will receive a STORE CREDIT so you may repurchase your new size or style.
- The store credit amount will be your total minus the original shipping costs.
RETURNS:
- To initiate a return on eligible items, please head to our Resolution Center.
- We currently accept returns for shirts and hoodies only - for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 15 days upon your package delivery. If the 15-day period has expired, we unfortunately can not accept a return.
- The store credit amount will be your total minus the original shipping costs.
- We do not accept returns for hats and accessories unless the products are damaged or incorrect size/color.
- All customers are required to purchase their own label for the return. We suggest you use a trackable shipping service.
- If an item you received is damaged at our fault, is not the item you ordered, or NOT the size /color ordered,, please go to our Resolution Center and include photo proof of the issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible!
Do not return any items until you receive a "confirmation" from our store administration team.
